Happy Fall! It’s been a while since I’ve posted! Been extra busy at work so have little time to document what I’ve been making. I realize we’re a little over a month away from Thanksgiving so I’m popping in to share one of my favorite cranberry sauce recipes.

When you shop at multiple grocery stores, it’s so easy to forget a few items, especially if it’s an item you want it from a particular store. I completely forgot to grab cranberry sauce last year, which I typically buy pre-made from Trader Joe’s.
I was freaking out the day before and dreading going back to the store to buy it so I looked online to see if there was anything I can do with dried cranberries, which I typically keep around year round.
And behold, I found a recipe where people reconstituted their dried cranberries to use to make cranberry sauce (Thank you Ugly Duckling Bakery)! I didn’t have any oranges on hand last year so I used the zest and juice of tangerines instead. Came out great and I might skip buying cranberry sauce this year because of how delicious it was!
